Sky illegal practice

Anybody else being illegally billed for a phone they don't own or ever have, and if I cancel the direct debit they set up they will sue me and destroy my credit rating?

Re: Sky illegal practice

They sent the wrong phone out and notified me 2 days later it was received back, but will not stop the contract as a full investigation needs to take place ( up to 3 months ) how I managed to get a better phone from their stores.

@Swotty-

Your post isn't very clear. Did you actually order a mobile from Sky through official methods? I think you may have been subject of a scam.
