Sky have sent me a New Iphone 16 Pro Max which I did not order. I'm also not a sky customer anymore

This was the old DPD tricket where one person delivered the phone and a different DPD driver knocked on my door 20 minutes later to collect it. I did not answer the door. I've called Sky the fraud phone number on the box which the phone was delivered in but after 25 minutes of talking to 2 advisors I got no where but they said the fraud team would call me back, but not confident they will. How do I get Sky to deal with this as I know next thing they will do is send me a bill for this phone,  I just want to give the phone back and end this

@LeeClayt It sounds like they are dealing with it if it been passed to the fraud team, don't expect a quick process. 

 

Sky will send you a returns label for the phones, it's important not to let anyone come and collect them as it will likely be the scammers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @LeeClayt  you did the right thing by not handing the phone over. It must be returned to sky. Have a look here for the advice from sky.
