I already have a ongoing sky mobile contract, then a few weeks ago I took out another contract for myself, the order went through and order was on its way... 2 days later sky cancelled the order and got it delivered back to them. My account has been locked and I've been told over the phone for the past week they can't help because its locked there end and someone will be in touch, they think my account has been part of fraudulent activity, no one can help me... I am worried because that account has all my bank details and I already have a DD for my mobile. What else can I do to get back into my account

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf they believe there might have been some sort of fraudulent activity on your account then they are not going to unlock your account until their investigation has been completed so you will just have to wait until they do contact you.
