Sky has cut usboff

Sky have just cut off all of my familys numbers as we haven't paid the bill. I've been trying for weeks to call and never getting through to anyone as they have charged us to much and I want to dispute the bill. I've just paid the bill as my daughters need their phones for contact etc when they are out but how long does it take for them to reconnect? Really disappointed in Sky considering how long I've been with them.

Hi @JONWL  once you have paid the outstanding bill and set up a new continuous payment method and your payment has been cleared in Skys accounts then your services will be reinstated. This is why it's best to pay any bills and dispute them rather than not pay and try and dispute.

When the payment clears.

 

If you've paid today then that's likely to be 2 January now.

 

As noted above, refusing to pay is not a wise strategy - it may even appear on your credit history.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
