Sky double payment not being taken

So last month I changed my bill date, and they told me that this month I'd pay double which I was fine with, yet I've checked my bank and they've only took one payment instead of double, do I have to pay it manually or will they take it another time? This is my first time having a contract and I don't want to mess it up, pls help

Do not pay it manually yourself.
