Sky data network coverage

Is anyone else noticing how bad Sky Mobile data network coverage is? Comparing it to all my friends/family who are on different networks, Sky really underperforms and I'm often left with no or really really poor data coverage and I'm not able to load anything 😞

we are only getting 1 bar sometimes but 0 bar most of the time

Same here, I used to get 2 bars signal downstairs and 3 bars upstairs, now it's 0-1 bars downstairs and 0 upstairs 🤔 quite often calls go straight to voicemail and this is a new sim card that I have.

Have had no signal emergency calls only since Friday that's going on a week now. Mast isn't working as it should in my area apparently although my daughters phone also with sky is working took me days to contact sky to try get a new sim I'm hoping this works. Have had to depend when I'm on WiFi. No calls texts or mobile Internet. Very frustrating

Sky uses the O2 network which is generally regarded as the worst for data.

Absolute shoddy network . Constantly get periods of time where data even though showing 3/4g will not load even a Facebook post . But weirdly enough I ring them up complain and suddenly it comes back to life . Should of stuck with EE

Same here, the data network is very hit and miss. While travelling around a city centre I was unable to get any data signal this has let me down so many times I will be going back to Vodafone, whos signal is spot on in many locations that Sky simply cant compete with. Roll on March 2025.

Same here, can't wait to go back to EE. Internet connection has been appalling everywhere i go with sky, especially when abroad
