Hi there I've recently added a new phone and sim deal on to my already existing phone and sim deal so I have 2 my bill increased this month like it should but it's saying payment received and no money has come out of my bank I usually pay £70 direct debit but it's now gone up to £108 is it not going out because it's direct debit or should it just change the payment amount needed as it's 3 days past my regular payment date and still not pending on my bank like it usually is just confused why it says payment received when nothing has been payed

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it is saying the payment has been recieved then it is because it is being taken now so within a day or two you should see your own account has been updated to show this so do not make any manual payments just leave things as they are.
