Sky can't give me PAC code

I ported out from sky and then ported back in again earlier in the month. But now I need to do it again to move my number onto a VIP offer.

But when I asked for PAC this time I got told there is an error and they can't. So they have passed the problem to the back office and I was told 2-3 days for fix. Rang on day 4 and now told 7-8 working days. Is this normal for a review support incident?

@MrBeee  We are all customers here so have no access to Sky systems, nor do we know what the issue is or how long it will take to resolve.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
