Sky billpay option

I had a deal cancelled and a refund was promised but still had not been returned to my account I have also been lied too from a sky agent that I would receive a refund in 3/5 working days.

@Leo23. 
It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check.

 

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

Hi @Leo23.  from reports by others on here it's been taking at least 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

When did you speak to Sky about this ?

 

Is the credit appearing on your latest or next bill ?

I have been in contact through WhatsApp the rep said that the money is in my account and it will take 3/5 days I was told this by a previous rep last week aslo.
