Sky app

Sky app has been u installed a few times and I'm still struggling to proceed with any purchases .

I cN log in and then when it goes to add something to my basket .it says its an error on sky's side and asks me to restart again .It's been doing it for years now .I've uninstall loads of times and still doing it

All you can do is to call Sky and have them place the order for you,

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
