Sky app not working

I have recently taken out a contract about 2 weeks ago and the mysky app isnt working. 

it keeps saying to finish setting the account up and to link my sky id when I do it says it will update shortly but doesn't. Also says I'm not authorised to access certain parts as I don't have an account and it wont allow me to keep track of my account

Hi @Leanne165  make sure your login details are correct and if this doesn't work then call sky on 150 for help.

Are you using your main primary ID to login to the app with ?

Had the same issue, I had to create a new sky ID and link the account to resolve it and have sky delete my old sky ID. I spent hours on the phone to sky and nobody I spoke to could resolve the problem. Go into your existing Sky ID and change the password associated with it to another if you want to use that email with the new ID you are going to create.
