Hi. Since ordering broadband and sky stream my sky app has changed. I can no longer access info about my sky mobiles, SIM cards bills and piggy bank.
I get billed every month cut cannot check this.
I also cannot access piggy bank and move data to either one of 3 sims.
have called customer service on numerous occasions with no joy. Please help.

I see in another thread that people getting the oops technical problems message have had someone from sky contact them please can someone arrange this for me.please.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
