You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

I was also charged for calls that I didn't answer. I assume these went straight to voicemail as they are not even listed in my missed calls. But I have allso been charged £50.40 for a 27 minute incoming call that never happened! I did not answer any phone calls whilst in Barbados and there isn't even a 27 minute voicemail from this person. I have even spoken to them and asked them if they called me at 22.26 on a Wednesday night and they said no as they knew I was in Barnados and are usually in bed by then anyway! How can I prove that this call never happened?
I am waiting for a call back from ne of the calll centre managers to disput this. I am fuming!
