Sky app access denied

Can't get access to my sky account Access Denied

Does this happen on both Wifi and mobile data ?

I'm having this issue as well.

I signed out and did a Force stop and checked for updates, turned off Wifi and tried again. Says also that my email address isn't recognised and to use the one I signed up with (which I am). It's treating all my details as if I was a brand new user.....

Have changed my password  that didn't work.

I've tried everything it's not working I've had enough and about to move to a different provider

@ailee+mcphee & @AlexThirkell  have you spoken to sky ? You could try an official complaint to see if that helps escalate your issues.
