Sky VIP page dysfunctional even after reloading My Sky app
Even after My Sky app has been reloaded to see if that will make it work , Sky VIP loads, then when I try to download cinema tickets or anything else it just dies and shows a dead white page saying Sky VIP at the top. I recently disconnected WiFi after discovering on my EMF meter that the router gives out 3,180,000 microwatts per square metre, as does the mobile phone when making a call, not good at all, just spent nearly £400 on a Safe and Sound Pro 11 meter to find that out, so I tried etherneting everything and manually switching the 2.4 GHz and 4.8 GHz off on the router and then the 2.4 GHz on the Sky Q Box, but then found it totally imposibel by any method at all to connect my mobile to the internet with a cable through my PC so could not get emails or VIP, or internet on my phone at all, , so have just reenabled WiFi and things are now a total disaster as VIP is dead so no Christmass cinema tickets maybe unless I can get this sorted, though emails and intenet is up, . but am now getting nasty head pains, nasty chest pains and dry eyes again thanks to heavily toxic WiFi (the government safety limit for a dwelling place is just 10 microwatts per square metre, though even 6-8 feet away from the router I am still getting very dangerous peaks of 18,000 to 176,00 microwaats per square metre,, so will be trying to figure out how to switch WiFi on and off as neccessary in the future without these service outage problems repeating, or maybe the Sky VIP outage is affecting everyone just the same at this time as of the 112th December 2025?

Hi @Dave202 turn off WiFi on your phone and use mobile data to access my sky app and sky VIP.
