Sky VIP - mobile only customer

I have several Sky sim and phone contracts and wanted to check the Sky VIP rewards. When I open the VIP page on the app I just get a message stating that I 'can't join Sky VIP right now' but doesn't provide any options to solve that issue, just suggestions about what it might be. having been a customer for a couple of years I don't know what the issue would be. Has anyone come across this?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
