You can't cancel via here as the account holder will need to call Sky on 150 and when you do say nothing when asked anything by the bot.

Is he looking to keep his phone number?  (As the new SIM he's ordered will have a new phone number)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
