Sky VIP Diamond - Sim offers

Anybody else getting an error when trying to access the Sim only deals?

Tried on various devices over last week and getting same error.

Went onto Live chat yesterday and all they said was that it was a technical error and they would order a Sim for me. 

The whole point is that I want to browse the offers and read the relevant T's & C's.

Any help how to move forward appreciated.

I get the same error using that link.

Tried 3 different devices and 3 different browsers.

Assume it must be linked to my account.

As I mentioned Live Chat were not really helpful and just wanted to sell me a Sim!
