Sky Swap

Ordered my new phone (iPhone 16 pro) as part of the Sky Swap on 08.09.25, still hasn't turned up...

 

Decided to go into the store and pick up the exact same phone & cancel the original. Sky App now shows I have 3 devices (iPhone 14 pro & x2 iPhone 16 pro) and the iPhone 14 Pro is no longer showing as a swap as I have the option to upgrade again. 

I havent received the kit to send the iPhone 14 Pro back and it's been 4 working days... 

 

Please can someone help me as sky haven't helped me at all
