Hi all
i I have recently done a sky swap for a new iPad and sent back my old one. It's in immaculate condition. I also recorded this as I boxed it up to prove it was damage free (I don't trust Sky in the slightest!)
I was told once assessed I'd be able to have this credited to my account, but if I wanted this refunding to my bank instead, I could request this.
Realistically, is this going to happen?
I feel like any time I deal with Sky or ask them to follow through with something, it's an issue. The service I've received around this swap has been awful.
Just not confident that getting the refund will be straight forward.
Has anyone done this and found it straightforward?
