Sky Swap Delay

I've completed a Sky Swap for my daughters phone. The returned phone arrived at Sky confirmed by Royal Mail around 12th August. Today 17th September I'm still paying for it and have had zero communication. Clearly as I don't have the phone anymore I do not want to be paying for it.

Hi @Patrick28  it does normally take 2-3 weeks to process returns. You could call sky on 150 and have your proof of delivery at hand to tell them.
