No mobile data access on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 for the best part of 3 months

😭😠  I would be most grateful for steps that actually help resolve this issue. It has caused me alot of tears and stress.

 

Despite being a loyal customer for over 14 years.......

Changing my SIM 3 times in 3 months; 1 of which was an e-SIM.....

Repeatedly carrying out the Sky troubleshoot  steps...time and time again....

My current handset is less than 1 year old and under waranty ......

Missing very important calls from work, family and Healthcare providers.............

 

  1. Sky app and website will not send me my network settings when I have asked for it.
  2. Sky Mobile Internet APN settings keep dissapearing
  3. 'Not registered on Network' appears at odd times even when at home
  4.  Sky data piggybank is not linked to my actual usage - e.g Both Piggybank & SIM have loads of Data but I receive texts saying I have run out.

Perhaps its now time for me to leave Sky?

Have you been abroad anytime if so this needs to be set to Home:


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
