Sky Mobile return packaging tamper evident seal ?

Hi.

I have received the return box to send my old mobile back to Sky and this may seem like a stupid question but here goes....

Inside the box there is a return label but to get inside the box to get it you need to break the tamper evident seal which clearly states "tamper evident reject package if damaged".

I assume this means once I receive the box and not at the other end when sky get it back from me with my old mobile inside the same box and claim it's been tampered with and reject it ?

From that wording I would have thought the same because you have to get into the packaging somehow.

Before sending it off and if you can take some photos to show what condition it is in, take a few from all angles and also get and keep proof of posting.
