Sky Mobile -> Manage Accessory -> Make a Payment -> Error Message

I would like to pay the balance of my credit agreement for my accessory that I included with my new mobile contract - a leather case. However, when I select Manage Accessory, then Payments, followed by Make a Payment, it directs me to this url: https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/ineligible. Capture.PNG

It then displays the message Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now. Could anyone advise what the problem is?

I have no idea what the issue is but to make this payment you would be better served by calling Sky on the free 150 number as they can take it for you.

I have no idea what the issue is but to make this payment you would be better served by calling Sky on the free 150 number as they can take it for you.

@caesarome Thanks for your reply. I find it frustrating that I can't just make the payment myself in the secure area of my  online account. Also I don't like having to phone Sky on 150 as it always involves a sales pitch and not just to deal with my query quickly. I guess I'll have to put up with it though if it's the only way of contacting Sky to take the payment. Cheers, Jason
