Sky Mobile & Sky Talk call charges made FREE to Ukraine

Since February 25th, Sky Talk and Sky Mobile customers can call and text Ukraine for free. This also applies to Sky Mobile customers roaming in Ukraine and includes free calls and texts to the UK and locally, as well as access to their data plan, while in Ukraine.

Full details are as follows:

• Sky Talk: free calls to Ukraine (covers UK/ROI and Now customers)
• Sky Mobile: Free calls to Ukraine from the UK. Calls and texts back to the UK or locally within Ukraine, while roaming will also be free

Your bill will show that you have made the calls and texts, however, these will show as being charged at £0. This amendment is still in progress for Sky Mobile customers, with the change to billing set to go live from Wednesday, 9 March. If the customer (including Pay as you Use customers) has been charged for their calls and texts, or for any roaming services since 25 February while this change was being implemented, they will receive a credit to offset this. This will be shown on their bill.
