Sky Mobile Sim only WIFI

I have a TPlink TL-MR100 Outdoor Router that I have the Sky sim card in.  I am only getting 20mbps on this and the device is 300mbps.  i know i cannot achieve these figures but when in my phone the speed is higher.  Could you send me the proper asp settings to put into my device to ensure that it is configured properly.

Internet APN Settings:
Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky
