How long does it take for a returns label to arrive via email!? I requested one yesterday and its will not arrived message Sky and they have told me to wait another 24 hours!

No idea how long it takes but to be sure you haven't got it have you checked your trash/junk folders for it ?

If you are not receiving it via email it might be worth asking them to send it via the post instead.
