Sky Mobile Ireland - MMS

Moved from Vodafone to Sky Mobile and don't have the ability to send MMS any longer. I was assured a like for like service. 
Went back to the shop & called the help desk but no joy.

Moved to Sky Mobile from Vodafone and can no longer text 5 digit numbers such as 53311 for Dublin City Parking. Can't get anything useful from helpdesk to resolve.

Make sure your APN settings are these as posted by another Sky mobile Ireland customer:

Hi @Niamhie101  try adding an additional APN. 

name MMS

APN  mms.mobile.sky

Like Niamh, I cant send MMS messages since switching to Sky Mobile.

 

I have followed the APN set-up instructions from Sky.

Downloaded and installed their config settings. 

But just have APN options for MOBILE DATA and PERSONAL HOTSPOT.

Nothing for MMS. It doesnt show as an option.

I tried amending the Personnal Hotspot setting to mms.mobile.sky - but still not working. 

I dont have an option available (that I can find) to setup a new APN manually. 

And going thru' the Sky Mobile device help section - this screenshot below shows that the MMS 'service is not supported in ROI'.

Anyone else have this issue, and solved it?

All I want to do is send a photo with a text message.
