Sky Mobile Ire Lost 5G and really any data on phone. Followed instructions about network settings.

Hi folks

 

I noticed yesterday that when on 5G I wasnt actually able to use internet or data. Nothing would send and nothing would load on 5G. Today that extended to all data services be it 4G, 3G etc. 

 

I followed the instructions for reconnecting such as resetting mobile data and I have tried to re add the access points thing as per the advice online but nothing, that wont even add never mind work. Using a Samsung S24 so not an old phone.

 

A bit desperate here as this phone is really my main point of contact with a very ill family member. 

 

Can anyone help??. Worst come to the worst any idea how much it costs to get out of this €15 "lifetime" deal.

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty so if this link doesn't work:

You will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links t the bottom to their sites.
