Been a sky TV customer for a few years now, and last month, I decided to take out a sim only unlimited contract. The speed I'm getting on cellular data is ridiculously slow, I'm averaging 3.70mbps download speed. My device is a iPhone 12 Pro and I have 5G enabled, so don't understand why everything's so slow. Spoke yesterday with sky and was told there are no known issues with the network (!)I'm not receiving SMS messages and calls are continuously stopping. My question is, I've already made my first payment, but I want to cancel the contract because the network is poor, will I be charged any fees for cancelling?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @RichardScott you have a 31 day cooling off period, if past that then you would incur early termination charges. If less than 31 days then call sky on 150 to cancel.
