Is it just a coincidence that after receiving emails saying they are putting my data up by £1.50 a month ( 3 contracts) that the option to change your data is now unavailable. I have tried for three days to manage my sim but page just saying there's an error. Tried on pc, tablet and phone all the same

Hi @CheshamUnited if it's not letting you do it online then call sky on 150 for help. Whilst on the phone I would also ask if they have any loyalty deals available. I received a good deal last time I phoned up.

If you call Sky on 150 they will be able to do this for you,

I know that you can call 150 but just seems very strange that since I've received the email the option to swap data plans has been removed, thought the whole idea is that you can swap as and when you want and not have to call

Yes @CheshamUnited you should be able to do it online but for some reason it's not letting you. The other option is to call. It's up to you if you want to call.
