I've tried to remain patient on this but have got to the point where I don't know what to do
In early November I ordered an Iphone 16 - all was fine, got the email from DPD about delivery, took it in etc etc
As this was a present for my son, I didn't open the box until the next day to get it going and this is where I hit the problem - initially everything looked normal, broke the security seal on the iphone box, opened it up and.... there is no phone
I immediately raised this with sky - was asked to send numerous photos of the missing phone - yes seriously, and the box and a complaint was raised on 17th November.
I did not hear anything back from Sky until the 31st December. This request has gone to the mobile B/O team - a team that you cannot contact, not even the customer services team can contact them directly, all they can do is send an email to them.
Any way, on the 31st I was advised that my complaint has been upheld and a new phone would be dispatched to me and some compensation issued
Well here we are 17 days later and still nothing and I am back in the loop of not being able to get in touch with the B/O team. I've called customer service, done the live chat and gone through facebook. All I'm told is my case is open, it's a priority and they will contact me and that the team is experience a backlog to work through
Has anyone else every experienced anything like this? or any ideas of any other avenues I can explore?
I appreciate at times there can be a delay but essentially my phone was stolen and 2 months later I'm still without whilst paying for a phone I don't have!
