Is there any timelines for when sky esim will support Apple Watch cellular? People have been asking for years and it's beyond a joke that it is still not supported.

You are correct in that it's been a question asked frequently over the last couple of years on here, but unfortunately there is no known timeframe for this and I doubt Sky will respond publicly until such time as it's going to happen.
