Hi, I cancelled my sim plan within 14 days of receiving it as I changed my mind, but I keep getting messages like this
As of this month, your Sky Mobile payment method has changed to Invoice. To see your bill, go to Sky.com/Mobile-Bill
I cancelled my direct debit as I'm not using the simcard and it seems illogical for them to take money off me to me then having to wait for a refund. So can they chase me for money I don't owe them? The contract officially ends in a couple of days

You still have to pay for the period prior to ending (even if chose not to use it). Billing is monthly in-advance so the easiest way forward is to pay what you owe and then take a refund on the next billing cycle.
You may incur late payment charges if you don't pay on time.

I cancelled via online chat with agent, then over the phone.

That's fine but you still have a period to pay for - trying to circumvent the billing system isn't easy...
