I just bought a new Samsung phone for the first time through Sky Mobile, I cannot log into my Sky ID to change network by providing PAC number as I keep getting an unreconised error when I enter Surname, post code and last 6 digits to my account number. I have no option to Link my account even though I have sky broadband,
Please can someone help me as I can't go any further at all.
super stressful and not as swift as it should be.

Yes I do have my old phone which is still connected with my old provider, please can you provide the sky number for me.
