Sky Bill

Hello ,

 

I have selected a fix plan of rougly 12-15 pounds a month with a device still my bill for this month hase gone up by £124 and i have lost phone so haven't used please have a look into it .

Your bill isn't fixed as no Sky bills are.

 

As we are only customers here we can not say why this has happened but you can be looking at your latest bill via the MySky app or online and comparing it with a previous one:

Have you reported the lost phone to Sky so they can block it, payments against it will continue.

Hi @BV07  you aren't talking to sky CS here so no one can check anything. Did you report the phone lost and get sky to block the sim ? If you didn't and someone is using the phone then you are liable for the calls they make.
