New phone

Upgraded to new phone existing costumer. They are sending out new sim aswell will I have the same number if I put new sim in. Or should I put old sim in new phone. My data package is also different will this matter ? Sorry if question has been asked already.

The new sim will come with a new number and the new data package.

You can use the sim you have at present with your current number and data package.

The work around is to get a pac code and move the number you currently have to a PAYG network then back to the new Sky sim.

Hi @glenas  the new sim/plan will have a new number and it's not easy to get your old number onto a new sky sim. Alternatively just use the old sim in the new phone and don't activate the new sim.
