Sky 150 Auto Answers Corrupt After Initial "Welcome to Sky Greeting" Message

I've been trying to contact Sky mobile through their 150 and 033 etc numbers and after the automated Sky greeting "welcome to Sky etc.. to get you to the right place to answer your question etc" the message/recording thereafter is garbled, so much so that you can't make out the questions Sky is asking. Ie, name, account holder etc.

This is more than frustrating as I have a query about my mobile phone that I need answers to.

I'm currently in one of the Canary Island on hol but when I've been abroad before and called 150 this has never happened before.

Please could someone at Sky look into this and post on this forum the solution or give me an email address to send my query to or a phone number other than 150 or the 033 etc number to call them on.

Thank you

@JohnR7

You aren't report this to Sky. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers but as @PandJ2020 has stated post your query and we can try to help. Incidentally Sky do not use email for general communication or fault reporting. .
