You can't cancel via here and you can only do this if you have been paying for it for 12 month or more so to cancel you need to call Sky on 150.

Hi @annoyed+1966  you need to call sky on 150 to cancel a sim, can't be done here. If you are within the 31 day cooling off period there would be no charges, the same if you have had the sim more than 12 months. Less than 12 months and there would be early termination charges.
