Sim

Ordered a SIM card on 13/12/2025 - order is saying complete but the SIM card has not arrived, if you could please resend as need for Christmas Day.

Hi @Olivercc  this isn't sky CS so no one here can do anything. You could try ordering another one at sky.com (make sure your account address is correct). They are sent by Royal Mail so will take a few days to arrive at this time of year. If more than 1 arrives just activate 1.
