Nothing dispatched

Hi, I ordered an iPad 3 weeks ago and still showing in progress nothing has been dispatched yet, I paid £170 upfront

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Of course this time of year they’ll be further delays over the festive period.
