Hi, I've paid off a tablet that I was renting off you ,and would but to cancel the sim I had with it as I have a mobile sim with you so don't need the other one.

As you are talking to other Sky customers on here you will need to call Sky to cancel the sim which you can do if you have been paying it for 12 months or more.

Hi @Heidi1  call sky on 150 to cancel a sim, can't be done online, if you have had it less than 12 months there would be early termination charges.
