How do I find out how long I have had this sim card? I.e year

Have a look back through your bills to see when the first bill was paid.

It only goes back 2 years.  I'm sure I've had this sim longer

Is there any reason you need to know, as your only other option is if you do online banking to go back through that to see when you were first billed for it.

If you're looking to cancel it then it's only a 12 month minimum term - so you will be able to confirm that.

 

If it's for something else then you need to submit a customer data request - I can post the link if you need it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
