Sim

My new phone and sim arrived today but it will not activate. 
says please try later!!! 
it's the same number! 
stressed!!!

@Angiep19  If it's the same number are you not using your existing sim? 

 

In case your not aware if you did order a new sim/data plan you can't transfer your number from your old Sky sim to a new Sky sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I've had to put my old sim in my new phone. 
as the new sim will not activate.

@Angiep19  In that case, don't activate the new sim as it will drop off the account after 30 days.
