Sim won’t activate

I have tried several times to activate my new sim only. It keeps asking me to link sky id which I have done several times still no activation!

After linking your account does it say your sim is activating as it isn't clear from what you have said here what is happening ?

The message on screen says  I'm almost there with activation just need to link sky id account - I complete details to link account, it's says account already linked  then it brings me back to same screen asking me to link accounts again -

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
