Hi there I upgraded my sim to a new contract but. But I have been sent a new sim? I thought the upgrade and new price would apply to my current sim. How do I cancel the new sim as I want to keep my Piggybank on my current one.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo cancel the new sim do not activate it then it will be cancelled. If you have already activated it then call Sky on 150 to ask them to do this.
