Sim stopped working.

Sky sim card not working. Can't contact sky helpline as I have no phone . How do I get a new sim?

Thanks for the link, but it still won't let you order a new sim without phoning.  As the sim doesn't work I can't phone.

Hi @Jim97  have you tried using the my sky App ? Go to your mobile tab, tap on the sim in question, tap on manage sim and there should be an option there to order a replacement.

Cheers, but no option to get a new sim without calling the helpline. As my sim isn't working I can't call.
