Sim stopped working in lanzarote

Hi my sim stopped working over a week ago in lanzarote. I am now home and can get network nothing working. Need new sim but cant find how to order one. I dont have calls ability so trying online

Hi @Grubber  if this is an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there. 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
