Sim replacement

I received my replacement sim today and it's not working now I have placed it in my phone. Could you advise please

Was it working before you placed it in the phone?

 

Make sure you've activated it as a replacement.  SIMs are generic and not activated when delivered - they have to be associated with a data plan on an account.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
