Sim plan

Why am I still being charged for my sim plan when it was ended on the 5th April

Hi @Scottloweali  did you phone and cancel it or transfer your number to a different network ? Plans don't automatically end, they have a minimum term then continue on a monthly rolling contract unless cancelled.
